I have been trying to up my protien again as my hair is starting to fall out again. And I found this lovely company from a link from the main board. I ordered their sample pack and some chips. Let me just say they are wonderful and are low cal with good amts of protien. If you havent tried them you should they are def going to help me getting my protien in!
