Brenda...I bought me some s/f van. ice cream and put a bit of that caramel on top and OMG...it is soooooooooooooooo good.  I am gonna have to find that stuff.  I looked at Food World yesterday, but they did not have any.  I am gonna keep looking for it.  I want to find the chocolate too.  I will just have to be careful, because even without any calories, I am sure too much would be bad.  Thanks so much!!!!  Love ya!!!!

It is awesome isn't it.  It is Walden Farms, sugar free, calorie free dips.  OMG it's so so good.

That stuff looks yummy! And like it could get me in a whole lotta trouble! Ive gained 4 lbs since surgery I keep telling myself its water weight from the fluids they pumped into me, once Im back on track I may have to try some of that!

Cristy...it is s/f and calorie free and a little bit will do ya.  I had me 1/2 cup of s/f ice cream last night with about a TBLS of the caramel on top and it spread around a bunch.  It is a great way to treat yourself to a goodie without being "bad". 

I done store locator on Walden Farms website..it shows lots of places that sells this but mostly its Winn Dixie stores..I am getting me some of this!

I know I want some of that now and we do not have a winn dixie in Troy.Can't wait for the cruise.Friend of ours is leaving this Friday morning out of Jacksonville Fl to go on her cruise for 5 days and it is making me antsy (if it is a word) to get my stuff packed and ready to go..

I know...I can't wait.  I love the cruise each year.  Last year we got to do two.  I just love cruising.  It is my 2nd favorite thing to do .... Mentone is my first.  Love you!!!!
