Sonday Morning Coffee Talk

Good morning everyone!!!!!  I slept late this morning.  We don't have church on race weekends because our pastors cannot get to the church due to race traffic, so I slept and boy did I.  I hope everyone slept well and feel great this morning.  

I love the movie "Beaches".  They were each others hero.  They went through a lot with each other and loved each other no matter what.  They came from different sides of the tracks, but found they could have a relationship that would endure throughout their lives.  This just goes to show that no matter where you come from, or what your status in life is, you can have an impact on even the most influential person.  You may think you are just a small person in this big world, but if you have influenced someone's life, you have accomplished something huge.  Who is your "hero"?  Who has been the biggest help and support for you during you WLS journey and your life???  Have you told them lately how much they mean to you and how they have helped you along your journey??  Today, tell them you appreciate them and just how much they mean to you.

I sure do miss Randall.  Maybe he will be back on here soon.  He is much much better than I am at this.  You all have a great day and just know that so many of you are my heroes!!!!  I love y'all!!!

Good Morning, Momma!!! I am getting ready to leave for church.. My last Sunday until I return.. So glad it's the First Sunday it's Communion today.

Awesome Challenge today.. so I will begin it right now..

My hero is my Momma. She has been the biggest support and literally saved my life. Took care of me, hugged me, loved me. Took me to the hospital, ran my bath water, visited me every day.. taught me so much about fresh coffee!! And Protein!
She has done so much more than that.... She has taught me love, so much more about God and his grace, mercy and love because it shines through her so bright that you just can't miss it.
Even though I'm not her biological child she loves me just the same. And she has taught me what a Mother is suppose to be.. unconditional love. I never knew what a Mother's love was like but God has made sure that I do.. He knew I more than craved it.. I dreamed it.. It was my biggest inner dream and he wrapped it up and gave it to me!!! And Momma I cannot Thank God enough for YOU!!!! I Praise him everytime I hang up the phone with you -- because I am so overwhelmed with emotion and filled with LOVE! And I owe it all to him!!
So Thank You GOD again for my Momma, Carmen!! I know I don't deserve her but I am so glad you love me so much!!  I AM SO BLESSED!!!!!

What a AWESOME weekend this has been for me. It was so good to see many of our OH family and friends raising money & walking from Obesity. Have a Wonderful BLESSED SONDay my friend!!
