Good morning Carmen!  What a beautiful new picture~

What a great idea - positive thoughts in the midst of a negative world!!   I"m POSITIVE that I am one of the luckiest women in the world because I'm celebrating 4 wonderful years of marriage to an awesome guy today!!   I'm POSITIVE that God is working in our lives in ways we never even imagined!!  And I'm POSITIVE that I'm doing to do my best to be the wife that God wants me to be.

I'm POSITIVE that I love my coffee, today, it's Maxwell House Breakfast Blend with some s/f french vanilla creamer.  I'm also POSITIVE that this Board is a great source of friendship & support, even for those of us who've never met each other in person!

This is a good challenge for me because it is something i struggle with alot.
I dont sleep well and sometimes it is just alot of work to stay focused and i slip into the negative.
But it is all part of how I am working on myself. so here I sit drinking my good ole maxwell house with a bit of caramel creamer, as soon as I am done with it I will get my workout clothes on and head to the gym for my strength training workout.
