Mine does this too. Dr. Dewitt told me I was eating too many carbs and not enough protein. He told me to eat some protein every 2 -3 hours and watch the carbs (and sugar, if you are eating any). This has helped mine. When it happens to me, most every time, I can trace it back to something that I ate (usually within the hour after eating). He also told me that it is pretty common after WLS. It always makes me feel real crappy for a hour or so after I bottom out. Really tires etc. Best of luck, hope you get it under control.

It's happened to me a few times, 49 is the lowest it's gotten. I can almost always feel it coming on, and can trace it back to what I've eaten in the last hour or 2...and it's usually carbs. I'm going to try this formula to see if it will improve. I HATE the way I feel after it bottoms out. I usually fall asleep and wake feeling like I've been up for days!
