What a beautiful day~

It's been a gorgeous day.  The sun is bright and the weather feels so nice out.  I'm just loving this Autumn weather.  How about you?  I'm already dragging out the 3/4 length and longs sleeves.  It's just wonderful. 

 I didn't get to go walking as usual today at lunch.  But from my huge window at work it looked like a lovely day.  I drove home with the windows down and the sun roof open.  I know the wind is blowing now because I hear my wind chimes on the front porch.  Fall is coming soon...YAY!  I am so looking forward to that first cold day that every crockpot in Alabama holds steaming chili.  

Girl, I've already MADE chili.  Just finishing up the veggie soup I made the other day too.  It was SO GOOD!  I'm ready to make MORE CHILI!  I'm loving this weather too, but the acorns and leaves are driving me NUTS!    My back patio stays COVERED.  I'm going to have to stock up on gas and keep that blower running.

If that was the case, I wouldn't need the GAS or the BLOWER! 

 We had a huge oak tree at my Mama and Daddy's.  Used to love hearing those acorns drop.  Yeah, my yard is starting to get covered...Tis the season.  

I can't make chili until that first really cold day.
