Hi Elle.  Just a country supper for us.  Lol..my DS came in from football practice and ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and two glasses of milk then salsa and chips.  But I promise I was cooking:

Meatloaf
Creamed potatoes
Home frozen field peas
Fried okra

I put stew meat and onions in the crock pot this morning.  I am cooking cabbage, peas, rice and corn bread to go with it.  It is smelling good at my house right now!!

Your supper sounds wonderful.  I love cooked cabbage.  Or sometimes I stir fry it with pork and ramen noodles and other veggies.
