outback steakhouse green beans...and update on my WL
hi all.....just thought i'd share and see if anyone else has tried the french green beans from Outback steakhouse? I request them not cooked with butter, only the seasonings . I've got these to go when hubby orders out on weekends...then i spray a little cant believe its not butter on them. I know its not protien....but i keep frozen shrimp in the freezer and eat a couple of shrimp and then some of the beans.
if anyone else has any favs for eating out....please share! Its hard to find something to order at times. Even say road trips....if there is anything healthy at all at any of the fast food places please share....you know how hard it is to find anything to eat there.....so far i just get unsweet tea...not knowing what if anything i could eat.
anyway, update on me, tomorrow will be 6 weeks since my gastric bypass....i' ve lost 36.5 lbs as of this morning. I started out at 264.5 post op and i'm at 228.0 now. There was one week that I got stalled and lost only 1 pound. Here is the weekly weight loss:
week before surgery lost 3 lbs.
week #1: lost 8 lbs.
week #2: lost 12 lbs.
week #3: lost 3 lbs.
week #4: lost 3 lbs.
week #5: lost 1 lb.
week # 6: lost 6.5
does this sound about right? I admit i got frustrated that week #5...but i knew by reading posts that it was normal to stall.
