SATURDAY!!!

Good Morning, Alabama Board!  Got tired of tossing and turning so I got up, went out to get the papers and am waiting for yummy Folgers Caramel Drizzle coffee to brew.  Not much planned for today - may do a little cooking, a little yard work, a little reading.  The weather is SO gorgeous right now.  Mowed the grass yesterday and didn't even get hot! 

WLS-wise I'm still trying to remember to eat PROTEIN first and get in all my water.

Morning John, I couldnt sleep either so I am up drinking my coffee and surfing the net til everyone gets up and I cant make some noise around here. I guess I could get some bread stirred up while I wait.

And a good morning to you too!  Good morning to eveyone.  I too woke up early so I got up to see my husband off for his golf game and am sitting here sippin on some Dunkin Donuts orginal blend coffee.  I have to work today but it's fun work.  We have a booth at our local arts and crafts festival for our recycling division and we are giving away free stuff (all recycling stuff...like reusable lunch bags, etc...things you can actually use).  So I'll be outside in the nice weather interacting with people.  Hopefully I will get a chance to walk around and check out the other booths and see what people have been creating.  I love a good arts and crafts festival, but don't care much for crowds.

Have a happy and productive Saturday whatever you do, whether it's yard work or shopping or getting a pedicure.  Enjoy yourself whatever you do!

Good morning John.  SO good to see you posting.  It's been quite awhile since we've heard from you.  Enjoy that coffee this morning.  I'm fixin' to enjoy mine.  Wish you were coming to Randy and Lucy's wedding with the rest of us.  I know it's going to be just beautiful.
