I had a wedding sampler to cross-stitch many years ago that I started and never finished. I ended up selling it at a flea market to someone who might've finished it. It was so beautiful with angels and flowers and had room for the bride and groom's names to be stitched and the wedding day. There was a poem that went:
When the one man loves the one woman
And the one woman loves the one man,
The very angels leave heaven and come and it
In the house and sing for joy.
It was a very beautiful cross-stitch pattern and I wish I still had it. But alas...I do not.
However, we have here before us one man who loves the one woman and the one woman who loves the one man and the very angels will leave heaven and sit in the Culpepper house and sing for joy.
