Country Fried Tripe the way my Daddy cooks it. Haven't had it in YEARS but it sure was good. When I was little I would eat pork brains and scrambled eggs with him and sardines and crackers. Also, rabbit and squirrel....always with biscuits and gravy. For breakfast sometimes we'd have fried country ham and red eye gravy and biscuits.
