Hey Karen, this is the recipe I use because I don't like peeling and cutting up all those taters.  Call me lazy, but this is a really good recipe!
Super Easy Hash Brown Potato Soup
Ingredients

Directions

1. Saute onion in butter or oil until transparent.
2. Add broth, bring to boil.
3. Add hash browns, bring to boil.
4. Add soups (don't dilute) and milk, bring to boil.
5. Add Cheese and heat until cheese melts. Optional, serve with bacon bits on top.

Hey Pam!   That German food sure sounds good!  They do schnitzel in the cafeteria every Thursday (and brats), but I can't eat it.  I do like a lot of the other stuff though!

We have dinner at church on Wednesday nights..
Just got home.
Had spagetti with garlic bread - a salad with italian ff dressing and a large glass of water!!
I didn't eat much spagetti.. I don't do pasta well but I liked the meat sauce!

Your dinner sure sounds YUMMY!!!

I hope this means today was a better today and you are feeling good!

I'm still not feeling the best in the world....been sick at my tummy all evening.  I still haven't eaten any soup yet.  I think I will wait till tomorrow.  It's always better the next day anyway.  I know Kyle will enjoy it and Jill and Justin.

I am SO glad soup season is getting here!  I cook some type of soup about once a week when the cooler weather hits.   We had to go to Athens to see my sister's father-in-law who is in the hospital with double pneumonia and congestive heart failure.  So on the way back we stopped at Zaxby's and had a grilled chicken salad.  It was really good.

it is always soup weather for me. I love it. I actually had the sausage pumpkin soup tonight from the five day pouch test site. I really like that one. and chili......could eat it every day.

I had some milk and a little bit of pudding. My band is always tighter at night so I rarely eat more than a few bites.
