Wednesday Coffee Talk

Good Wednesday morning everyone.  Time to rise and shine!  A new day is dawning and so are new choices to make.

That's my challenge for today.  To make better choices.  I taught the drug and alcohol class for the school yesterday and I will today.  The lesson teaches the kids to make better choices in life and to "THINK" about the consequences that we face in our choices.  What a deep thought.  What are the consequences that WE as adults face in our choices?  What choices do we make?  Are they positive choices or negative choices?  Whatever they are, we have to face the outcome.  Lets vow to make good positive choices today, IN ALL THINGS!

So, who's up?  What cha sipping on this morning?  Me?  I'm enjoying some awesome Mocha Java.  Sure is good and as usual, the only thing missing is YOU!! 

Let's go out today and choose to make today the best day of our lives.

Trying to weight out the benefits of COFFEE and percocet...  COFFEE won but will soon be resorting to the recliner..  Can you take percocet while drinking coffee?  I tend to be a little weary when taking drugs..

Great challenge.  It already helped me make my first decision of the day!  Goes to show you never stop learning, huh?

I'm sippin on my usual Cafe Bustello, but only a single shot today.  Looking forward to some exotic beans my husband is ordering soon.  Heck, the prices are no higher than what we are paying locally for espresso beans and these beans will be imported.  I like a good dark roasted bean.

What an awesome challenge today!!
I am not drinking coffee right now.. I made a vow to begin my day with Protein shakes this week and I've kept to that... in fact last night I ended my day with a Protein Shake!

I went to the beach yesterday.. I tried to call you and Lucy.. I didn't try your cell I didn't want to really bother you! I just wanted to let you know I was thinking of you - and how special you both are to me!
I cannot wait until this weekend!!! I know everyone is so excited. It is just going to be so awesome to share in this wonderful Love! And to be together again as a Family!

Enjoy today - and speaking with the children! That is so AWESOME! I know you are making an impact and a difference!!
