I'm just tired and my entire day went from bad to worse....nothing particular, just not a good day in general.  I got home and my blood sugar was 66.  No wonder I wasn't feeling well.  I've run like a chicken with my head cut off all day.  I wi**** were Friday already.  Could you please spare a prayer?  I would appreciate it.

I feel like crap.  My arthritis is killing me.  I took 3 tylenol, so I hope to be feeling better in a bit.

Elle, I hope you feel better soon. I know about the arthritis pain. Some days are worse than others. EAT..take care of that blood sugar!!

I'm telling ya...between the kidney issues, blood sugar and arthritis, I feel like I'm falling apart some days.

Thank you Carmen.  I just really feel rotten today.  I'm just really stressed out today for some reason.

My arthritis is bad, too.  I am thankfully not bothered anymore with diabetes or high blood pressure.  However, I can definitely related to the running like a chicken with head cut off....my day has been like that, too.
