OT: Another Motorcycle Ride to Share With Ya'll

well, our Harley is still parked in our building....(we collect mucle cars and classic cars) and its' sitting in there among those vehicles.....hubby is going to take that motorcycle safety test next monday though!  And i need to get fitted for a helmet .

I can't wait to do some of the things ya'll do it sounds very exciting!!!

I took some pics of hubby on the motorcycle i need to put them on photobucket so i can post.

my husband saw so many motorcycles during the trail of tears ride as our tire store is on south courst street in Florence right after you go over the oneal bridge....its the second red light on the right....Hines tire center...I told him next year for sure we had to participate!  I would love to ride to Gatlinburg....although anothe newbie question....not much room for our clothes and such....do ya'll just take a bag and carry the essentials...or like a backpack or something?

When we go on a trip for more than a night, we have a small suitcase bag that we strap to the top rack of the rear truck. Also, we have the 2 hard saddlebags which hold quite a bit too. You'd be surprised at how much you can pack in a 21" suitcase!  We have ridden to Gatlinburg, Gulf Shores, Destin, Helen, GA - and several other places on 3,4 and 5 night trips - no problem!
