I did it

I joined the ymca today!  I convinced my DH we really needed to do this for me. so I met him at lunch time and we signed up for a membership...then I went and got me some good vitamins and yes Pam I took them.
I can do this!!!!! Take back charge of my health and well being

And you could walk on the beach with me! I love doing that especially this time of year as Autumn approaches and the sun rises over the Gulf what an amazing walk!
