It is so simple. Place balls of aluminum foil (3 -4 depending on the size of the crockpot) in the bottom of the crockpot. Place a small amount of water in the bottom of the pot. Rub 1 package of Zesty Italian dry dressing mix over a whole chicken. Pour a little of the dry dressing mix inside the chicken. Cook on low all day. The chicken is very moist and comes off the bone very easily. Hope you enjoy it!!! I served mine tonight with butternut squash, steamed cabbage and pinto beans.
