DH is bowling tonight, so I did a drive thru at Taco Bell and got the new Volcano taco. It was good, and just hot enough. Your dinner sounds good!! I cooked the past 2 nights...beef stew and cornbread last night(I got my corner piece with butter!! YUM!!), and lazy chicken and dumplings Saturday night.

Take are and have a great evening!!

I am fixing some smoked sausage in the oven. Don't know yet what I will fix to go with it.

I had three slices of bacon and 1 ounce of cheddar cheese. Now I'm drinking coffee, buttered rum with calorie countdown and splenda. Just hits the spot. Love, Miss Mary

I had chicken tenders and whole wheat mac and cheese.  A nectarine for dessert and probably a little yogurt before I go to bed.  I am trying to lay in the protein.  Oh, yes, three little squares of chocolate.

Lucy and I went to Santa Fe Steak house where we had a salad, steak tips, and baked potato.  Sure was good for a change.

Your dinner sounds like it was awesome!

We had left over hamburger helper, brussel sprouts and garlic brad. I aate about 3 bites of the helper (who knew left over hamburger meat felt like rocks in your tummy???) 2 brussel sprouts and a couple of bites of bread. I couldn't do any more. Later I ate soem sharp cheddar cheese. Tonight we are having roast chicken (put it in the crcokpot w/some dry italian dressing just a minute ago) and who knows what else.
