My body is REFUELED!

.....We're back from the beach and I am REFUELED for Christ.  What a blessed weekend this has been.  PRAISE THE LORD!  My dear sweet Jill went forward Saturday night and repented of her sins along with at least 150 other teens and ADULTS.  It was amazing.  Christian was amazing...he was the life of the party.  He even helped Pastor Bob preach Saturday night.  He preached on being a babe in Christ and taking baby steps, just like Christian.  It was WONDERFUL!  I am so very blessed.

How WONDERFUL !  I was ready to crack a "refuel" joke but I will save it for later.   I know you are walking on air this morning.  Take care of your DIABETES please

Had lunch after the memorial with Louise and Gina, you would have enjoyed the company.  We all lamented that we need to get together more often.

  I wish that we could have some kind of a conference here in Alabama, say in Birmingham.  As small of a group as we have we could even do it here in Tuscaloosa.  A one-day conference would be really nice after football season.  During football season, the resturants, hotels, and gasoline go sky high and are booked months in advance.  I am told that the hotel rooms double and triple on a football weekend, and are still sold out. 

Football makes a lot of money, too bad, that only the towns people and the athletic department get any of it.  My salary stayed the same this year as last, even with the huge increase in cost of living this year...so I am actually making less.  I am having to cut a lot of corners to come out even.  One way that I am having to cut is to not give any parties this year.  They are just too expensive.  The cost of the party would double with the cost of groceries, etc.  So Mardi Gras and Halloween parties are off at my house.

I'm refueling too.. I'm going to church tonight to our new EnGulf Alpha class.. it started last week and my husband says it's amazing!!
He amazes me though.. the way he has handled the kids, the chores, work and still made all the church activities!! It goes to show -- You focus on GOD and everything else will just fall into place!
