SONday Coffee Talk
Good Mornin',
Donna was a very precious person. My heart breaks for her little nephew this morning. I pray God puts His loving arms around that child and gives him peace that surpasses all understanding.
Today...lets see...I am cooking now! Country Fried Steak and Gravy, mashed taters, green beans, Sarah had to have some "rotten eggs", biscuit. I've made a chocolate cake with chocolate peanut butter icing and I can't remember what else! Our Pastor and his family are coming over after church. Hope he can stomach the menu!
I'm about to go in there and decide on which coffee I want this morning. It is way to early for "Simple Seductive" and "Dark Chocolate Ectasy", hhhmmmm, I'm sure I will figure it out. I stopped yesterday and bought some of that Black Cherry Steudel creamer for home. That stuff is so good it will make you want to slap your mama! (Gotta love Paula Deen)
Y'all have a good day! Teach Lucy's parents some southern language! Don't let them hear that "northern accent" that Donna spoke of.

Oh my gosh, that stuff is soooooo good! One day last week I had it with Creme Brulee and then I had it with Carmel Drizzle and then with, well you get the picture. It is just GOOD and I don't like cherry!
Sarah was asking about Jessie the other day. That child doesn't forget anything!

Thanks for the input about creamers...I don't like cherries either! 
I won't know if Jessie remembers Sarah or not until I see Jessie's eyes look at Sarah. I can tell by her eyes.
Jessie loved playing with Sarah. She used to have the BEST time with Sarah!!

I sat down last night and read over all of Donna's posts. She never had an unkind word in any of them. I will miss her so.....
Glad you two are home safely...
I am sipping my Folger's about to jump in the shower and then rush off to church.
Pray for Jonathan...he has decided to join the Air Force. He got engaged and I suppose this is the way he determines he can go ahead and marry this girl. Anyway, he has to lose 50 pounds and he seems determined to do it. I cannot imagine 200 ponds on his 6'3 frame but that's what the air force wants.

I didn't know Donna like everyone else here on the Bama board, but I will still take a moment today to say a prayer for her and her family during their time of loss. Anytime we lose a member, it's a sad time.
I missed coffee talk while you were traveling. Today I sipped on both some Dunkin Donuts Orginal Blend and some of my usual Cafe Bustello (only a half a shot this time though).
I plan on having a relaxing day too. Probably even take me a nap. I have to go grocery shopping too, which I loathe. Fortunately we don't need much so it won't be a big trip today.

I plan on having a relaxing day too. Probably even take me a nap. I have to go grocery shopping too, which I loathe. Fortunately we don't need much so it won't be a big trip today.

The best of luck for your fabulous wedding and wedded bliss for life! I wish I could be there!
Today, I am going to go to my parents after church, where I will get to see my beautiful great niece Kelby and then I hope to come home and relax, maybe read or watch a movie then tonight I hope to watch the Emmys.
In between all that, I have a few phone calls to make about jewelry parties. Also would like to wander around in my back yard, maybe pick the last of the apples and deliver them to those I've been providing free apples to.
I always schedule way more than I will ever get done, but it's a plan anyway.
As you know, I am very, very, very cynical of marriage and avoid it like the most painful plague in existence, thinking it is a wonderful institution, but I don't want to be institutionalized. The problem with marriage is that it's okay sometimes, but you have to be married ALL the time.
However, all that said, I truly believe with all my heart and soul that YOUR marriage will be happy, blessed and strong. For ME to bless a marriage means it's meant to be! If all men were like you Randall, marriage would not have a bad name! Lucy is a very lucky woman!
