exercise dvds

Do any of you use the Leslie Sansone walking series? I desperately need to start back exercising and thought about getting these. Now be honest about them if you have them.

I have used them Kim.  I really like them.  I got them at the Thrift Store for $1.00 each.  They were brand new.  I have the 1 and the 2 mile walk.  I like it because the time seems to go by faster.  She talks you through the whole dvd and the minutes seem faster than at the track.

I just got the 3 dvd set from ebay. ended up costing me about 8 bucks. will be anxious to get them

I have them all including the 5 mile and love them. I do the HI impact 4 mile almost everyday ..

 You GO girl!!! I should exercise...but I don't. No excuses,,,,just don't like it!! Now.....if we can just get your coffee to you, you will have plenty of caffeine for fuel!!

I am not a fan of exercise either but I just need to do it. You coming to town friday? if not I am coming to the lake this weekend
