Morning everyone... I know I haven't posted in awhile. But I have been lurking myself. LOL I have had some troubles with my meds since having surgery but me and my Dr are getting them all worked out. I haven't been able to weigh lately but I have kept up with my measurements and I have lost lots of inches!!! I go back to see doc Mathews on the 22nd of Oct. I hope you all are doing well.

Surgery date: Aug. 28, 2008. Start weight 489 - Current weight on March 29th 2009 368 - Goal weight 180
Have lost 145 pounds so far.
