Hi Debbie!
I am almost afraid to ask, but did the puppy find his way back home? I sure hope so.
Hey, I kept meaning to mention to you--any anyone going on the cruise--There is a wonderful webstie
called "CruiseCritic.com" that will provide you with endless amounts of valuabe information about cruising.
I found this site before I went on my first cruise and I don't know what I would have done without the information I gained from it.
When you get to the site, register first (you can view most boards without registering, but some reqire you register first, and you have to be registered to post to any of the boards.) A couple of my favorite boards to visit are the "Carnival" board and the "Roll Call: board.
Someone from the sailing group should go to the Roll call board and set up a thread for those who will be on that cruise. When I went on the cruise alone last year, I had posted to the roll call board before going and actually met some people on the ship that I had been chatting with in the thread.
There are also boards for the ports of call. That will give you a good idea of what others have done in the ports and where the good local places to visit are at.
Overall it just provides tons of valuabe cruising information!
Again....
