The Basics?

Yes, I know I am almost 4-1/2 years post op but I had a new loser ask me a question and for the life of me I could not answer his question.    What is the maximum carbs you should have at 5 weeks out?

I met a gentleman today through "freecycle" here in opelika and he is 5 weeks out and his wife will have surgery in January.  I invited them to the board.  I hope they will visit & join us.

Can somebody help me with this question?
