WHERE ARE MY STARS?????

I WANT TO ENCOURAGE ALL OF MY "STARS" AND EVERYONE ELSE (WHICH ARE ALSO STARS) TO SIGN UP TO WALK IN THE "WALK FROM OBESITY", WHICH IS GOING TO BE ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4 AT REGIONS PARK IN HOOVER, AL.  IT IS GOING TO BE AN AWESOME EVENT.  YOU CAN REGISTER THE DAY OF THE WALK OR YOU CAN REGISTER ONLINE AT WWW.WALKFROMOBESITY.COM. WE WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM.  OUR TEAM IS BIRMINGHAM BARIATRICS, DR. ANDREW DEWITT AND STARS OF WLS.  ALSO, I WANT TO ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO ATTEND THE DINNER RECEPTION ON OCTOBER 3 AT THE BRUNO'S CONFERENCE CENTER AT ST. VINCENT'S HOSPITAL WITH KEYNOTE SPEAKER, COLLEEN COOK.  THE COST OF THE WALK IS $25.OO AND THAT WILL INCLUDE A T-SHIRT, A GOODIE BAG, AND MOST OF ALL THE SATISFACTION OF KNOWING THAT YOU ARE  MAKING A CONTRIBUTION TO A WORTHWHILE CAUSE.  THE TICKETS FOR THE DINNER ARE $20.00 A PERSON.

Stefanie, is this the FORMAL EVENT that Lori was telling me about at my last visit with Dr. Dewitt?  Or is that something different?

I am not for sure.  Lori may have been talking about this event, but Dr. DeWitt has also talked about sponsoring a FORMAL EVENT for us.  This event will probably take place after the first of the year, probably around Valentine's Day.  It is still in the "works".  This event on October 3 is a business/causual event.  It is going to be an awesome time.  I am so looking forward to it.  We (The Alabama Bariatric Professionals) are working really to make the dinner and walk the best in the U.S.  We will need all of your help to make this happen.  We need as many walkers as we can get.  We have tickets for the dinner and also Colleen's book, "The Success Habits for Weight Loss Surgery Patients" for sell to raise money for this worthwhile cause.

Can you give some details on the dinner? ex.  where to send money and what we should wear you know the important stuff... he he he   I registered for the walk.  Make sure I did it right and that I am on your team.  I have having a minor surgery Tuesday with our favorite surgeon so I will see you then maybe.  I am in and out that day hopefully!.

You can send the money to me at the hospital or you can come by and pick up the tickets.  I can get with you in the morning regarding this.  The tickets are $20 per person.  The dress is business/casual.
