Spare a prayer?

One of my close friends is going through alot. I got an e-mail from her yesterday -
I just got back from MassGeneral with Shaun.  After a month long series of tests we have results that show that there is a (2nd) small tumor located where the first one was in 2001 and successfully removed.  He also 'failed' some sort of growth hormone level blood test last week and that may most likely indicate that the tumor is there and slow growing and again secreting. I often show my heart but rarely bare my soul.  I'm a pretty private person but now I'm reaching out to those I am closest too (even tho we may not keep in as close contact).  Please get that prayer chain going..it worked before with him and also with me and my health issues.  Friends and prayers saw us through the last time...lets keep it going :)

Please please keep Kelly and her son Shaun in your prayers. She is a very speical lady to me and has helped me through so much.

Dear Lord, I ask you right now to touch Shaun and heal his body.  I am asking also that you comfort Kelly and give her peace that passes all understanding.  I know you are able and I am believing that Shaun is healed.  Thank you Lord!!!  Amen
