Some of you know that last December I was diagnosed with arthritis in my hands and arms. It is very painful at times. At the time I was working as a prep chef for a private restaraunt here where I live. The arthritis has made it impossible for me to cook professionally anymore.  This breaks my heart, as my passion is in cooking. So..I have been working with the rehab guys here to try and find myself a full time job. Today I found out that my dh makes too much money for them to send me to school, and I don't have the reqiurements most places want. So..I am kinda stuck. But you know..everything happens for a reason. So I am plodding along here..working 2 part time jobs and trying to keep up. It is hard at times though. Anyhow..that's whats going on with me today.

Renee...I know that whatever should happen for you will.  I am praying that the arthritis eases up for you.  I hate that you are not able to cook any longer. 

The restaruant across the street from my house changed their hours.  They are closed at night.  I need a cook at nighttime.  Thought you might be interested since you love to cook.  I love to cook when i have time.  Sorry your husband makes to much money to send you to school.
