Crockpot Peanut Chicken

  • 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 tearspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock

 

Combine all ingredients in 4 quart crockpot; mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked.


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.
