Me the only poaching I do is in my chair

Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

I have to walk early in the morning, before my brain figures out what I'm doing.

Ekkkk...just that word ("poach") makes me gag.....  I never did the puree or anything like that. Just stuck to things like scrambled eggs, refried beans, cottage cheese, etc.....that phase was over pretty quick if I rem, ember right.....good luck!!!

LOL yeah I researched it lastnight and those poached eggs didnt look like something I'd wanna eat. I wonder if I could add some salsa to those beans and cheese?

Cheese would probably be alright...I would check the surgeon's recommendations before adding the salsa. Texture and spiciness might not be right for you at this point??

I eat fried, baked, grilled, and boiled, but never poached but then I'm almost five years out.

Thanks Glenn. After researching how to poach, I think I'm gonna stick to grilled or baked. LOL

I loved poached eggs, but most restaurants cannot do them correctly.  I have a poacher and when I am not to lazy, I poach them.  Fish...well, I don't think I could do poached fish.  I like grilled and baked fish.  I had steamed crablegs when I began soft foods.  They are steamed and sooo good.
