Crockpot Cheesburger Sandwiches

1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef (or ground turkey)
1/2 tsp garlic-pepper seasoning
1 (8 oz) pkg Velveeta, cubed (2 C)
2 TBS milk
1 green pepper (or you can use 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced)
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 sandwich buns

In large skillet, brown meat and garlic-pepper seasoning until well cooked. Drain. In 3 1/2 to 4 quart crockpot, combine cooked meat and all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well. Cover, and cook on low heat for3-4 hours. Spoon onto buns. Serve with mustard, ketchup and dill pickle slices


Nothing tastes as good as being thinner feels.

Sounds yummy! Have you tried it? I think it would be great to start on a Sunday morning for after church, I don't like coming in after church and cooking, so we usually go out.

 Sounds great.  I like that this is one of those recipes we can "make our own".  Yummy!
