My mom just called he is in ICU with his heart . He is a gastric by-pass out 5 yrs he has abused his body with drugs and drinking. Just remember him in your Prayers. Thanks in advance

Hi there!
Your brother is in my prayers. I also want you to know there is hope! My husband has a history similar to your brother and has been clean and sober for over 12 years now. Not only has he recovered from the addictions, he has had a complete healing of his liver and pancreas, which took the brunt of the abuse. He went through the hospital stays, being told he only had less than a year to live etc... but... 12 years later he is more healthy than ever. And on top of it all has an awesome testimony of God's grace and mercy. Don't get me wrong, the abuse and crazy decisions he made due to the life style he lived took it's tole on his body but all in all he is one healthy dude!
