Welcome. You found us a lot faster than I did. I stayed on the main board for a LONG time before I discovered the state boards now I seldom visit the main board. I am not always a regular here but I do try to pop in from time to time.

Thank you, everyone, for the very warm welcome!  BTW, I am living in Montgomery but also have a place in Birmingham.  Long story....but most my time is spent in Montgomery.

Becky, I am a tad over a month into my journey.  I had a VSG on July 25th.  All went smoothly.  My only complaint is that I can't get in the required amount of water.  I have never been a water drinker and find it near impossible to choke it down.  I used to love the crystal light additive but, since surgery, find most of the flavors too sweet.  Still struggling to find something that will make water more palatable to me.  Only thing I have mourned is the loss of my caffeine-free diet pepsi.  LOL.
