Today has been a great day and a day of healing

in more ways than one.  I have had a special person on my mind for a couple of weeks and low and behold I hear from them today.  WOW..and then God touched momma and other's relatives today.  Relationships have been healed and so have bodies.  God is so awesome!!!!!  I just feel really good tonight.  I love you all so much.  Now...let's all get with the program and do what we should so our bodies will feel great and look even better.  Eat right...taken them vitamins and drink tha****er.  Get on an exercise program of some type and get your protein in.  Wow...I think I remember most of the important stuff, but I know I am forgetting something.  I just love everyone so much and you all mean so much to me.

Praise God for bringing Becky back home and healing!  I sure am glad that I obeyed God this week.  I needed this!  Now, you, she, and I need a good old fashioned coffee day!
