After 6 years and still....
...maintaining my weightloss. I'm back to eating right again. Since starting back to work, I'm watching more what I eat lately. I have myself on a schedule. I basically eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch each day. I eat a protein bar for breakfast and yogurt and an handful of pretzels for lunch ....EVERYDAY! For snack, I treat myself to a small pack of fruit snacks and that's all I eat till dinner time....I bought the small halloween packages of pretzels at Sam's, and I do so much better with the pre-packaged portions than if I try to portion them myself. There's probably 10-12 pretzels in the entire bag. I tried to eat a meal one day for lunch and I got sick....so I'm sticking with MY PLAN! It's working and I've managed to lose another few pounds. I am now only 5 pounds from goal. Back in my smaller pants and tops. Yippee.....
It's very easy to gain weight back and we have to work really hard to keep this weight off.

Wow Loretta I'm so proud of you. You and the others here are inspirations to me. Thank you for posting all these wow moments, it gives me something to look forward too. Love ya lots.
