Do any of you have the Samsung Katalyst cell phone?

I think the actual model number is SGH-t739.

Thinking this may be my next cell phone...and wondering what others have thought of it. Actually, I have ordered the phone from T-Mobile and should have it one day next week---but have up to 14 days to return it should I decide it is not the phone for me.

Anyone have any feedback--positive or negative, regarding this phone?

Thanks
Carolyn~

Morning Randall...

Back at you! Don't we ever sleep? Her you were up late last night posting and now I am up at 5:30 on a SATURDAY morning! I don't even have to go to work today, but there is some internal alarm clock that always manages to wake me up.

Hope you have a great weekend. I know you are on a countdown to one special weekend coming up very soon!

Good Moning Jackie --to you and your family!

Hope all is sunny for you in Almost TN, Alabama today!

I woke up this morning to Hannah telling me that
"Richard got one!!!" We have a problem, basically in our back yard with COYOTES...and my brother shot one this morning while I was still sleeping. Here he is shooting
a 22 rifle, not 20 yards from my bedroom window, and I just slept right through it.

I know there are a lot of Coyotes around--we are constantly seeing them, and my brother is always trying to "take care" of them, but they are not the easiest thing to shoot...and they usually run in groups of three or more. Coyotes are dangerous to domestic animals and have been known to even attack small children.
Not to mention...we also have a baby deer -- just about five or six weeks old that is nested in that same field and I don't want them hurting the baby or it mama.

Anyway--such has been the fun in Meridianville, almost Huntsville and not quiet to Hazel Green, AL this morning!

By the way---we need to get together for lunch or something one day!

Morning Carolyn ~

I dont have it but is it the one that is similar to the iphone?  If it is My SIL has it and loves it.  I myself get very frustrated with 'touch navigation' and got the LG-ENV2 (verizon) and LOVE it.

Good luck on your search...

Morning Dana!

I don't think it is anything like the iPhone...that is the mega expensive thing that came out not too long ago...right?

This one is a Samsung slide phone. I have never had a slide phone before and am not sure how I will like it.
In any case---the phone is being sent to me FREE, so I know that makes it a plus.

With my contract, you get an upgrade every two years and I am not due for that upgrade, but due to some bad information from one of the service reps, I have lost all the data that was stored in my phone. Fortunately, I did have a spreadsheet with all the numbers saved, so I did not loose it forever. It will just take some time to reenter the data. This particular phone (Katalyst) has a feature that will allow me to go online and enter all the data and download it to the phone rather than having to go back in and enter using the phones keypad that would take FOREVER! So, my service provider offered me the phone free to make up for the loss of data because of their reps mistake. I thought that was a reasonable offer ....

Anyway.....have a great Holiday weekend and stay safe!

Carolyn,
I've never heard of that one but I'm in the market for a new one myself. I've been looking at different ones and it can be overwhelming!
You can go to www.cnet.com and see user reviews for any phone you can think of. It also gives you details of each phone and the website owners will give you their opinion of the phone. I've found it to be very helpful!
Good Luck!
