I did it again!

I stopped off on the way home from work and picked up a burger for dinner since it's only me here for the evening.  It was just a small cheeseburger...not much to it really at all,  but it was TOO MUCH and now I'm sick as a dog.  Some came back up, but I'd feel so much better if it ALL would.  I can usually eat a small kid sized cheeseburger, but this time I couldn't.  Ugh.......gonna get off here (I think) and try to rest a bit.

 Oh I feel terrible too.  I went to eat Mexican today and think I have a touch of food poisoning this evening.  Stomach was cramping as we left restaurant.  Wish I could throw up.  It is all "south end".  I can't go to the ball game and help this evening and that makes me mad!!!!!!!

Uh oh....you too, huh?  Ick.....

Some days foods just is not our friend--and that goes for me too--without a pouch to be a grouch!

I definitely had a grouch pouchy.  Ugh.....but I feel much better and all chipper this morning.
