About my realized band surgery that is !! Nanci you was right!!
She covered every base and then some  I got alot of free samples of protein to try, she really covered it all from post --- eating. Now all we have to do is Pray for that mean ole Thyroid to behave . Thanks to you all for the support you all have gave me.  I  am waiting on my ride and it will be here soon

What a great gift!!

A friend of mine had lapband in May. I have been learning more and more about lapband via her.
I want to learn as much as I can so that I may help others in our support group be more informed of all the new things available. So I can't wait to hear all about your journey! I know you will share! I just love, love your posts!!! 
Heather has done so well and her hair is now starting to grow back. I get to see her this weekend, she recently left to go back to college (she is 20 and lives on campus). Her parents says she can come home as long as Gustav stays away!! lol So I am praying him off!!
Vitamins are just as important so make sure you stay on top of that!!
