What's for DINNER tonight???

I've just made the most scrumptious looking TACO SALAD ever.  I browned my ground chuck and rinsed it off real well with water to get all the extra grease off before seasoning it.  I have lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, black olives, salsa and sour cream to top it with.  I can't wait to eat mine.  Trying to wait a little later so I won't want to snack before going to bed.

Not cooking again tonight. Probaly want to get to cook again for another week or so. Beverly is going to cook for us tonight. This kitchen remodel is for the birds, i should have took that money and put it toward a new house and moved to sunny Fla like I wanted.

Spaghetti and garlic bread.

I make a big batch and freeze half. (So this is leftovers actually!)

We got a taco bell that opened today So I must have it

Have a double decker taco and a burrito supreme for me.

Corned beef and cabbage, great northern beans and corn bread.  With all the high winds we have had, nobody will notice a little more

Ummmmm I am kinda ashamed to say so,  I squished an egg or two.  We had egg salad LOL

Ashamed?!? Girl, I squish eggs all the time. In fact, I will be squishing eggs alot this week as I boiled a whole dozen eggs just Sunday.  Egg salad is a staple in my tummy! LOL!!!!!
