Posting times?

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to change the time zone or something on here that will show accurate posting times? For some reason, the time stamp on posts I see are two house behind and i just figured that out.

I have wondered for ages why Randall gets up at 3 something in the morning and how he is so cheerful doing it. LOL Now I know it is 5 something, in reality.

Obesity Help is owned/ operated in Irvine, California. The server automatically times posts on PST. We can not adjust that setting.

That is why you see many of us with odd hours. Me? I work for OH and you actually might find me working at 3 AM when the system is less active.
