How is everyone?
It's been another wonderful, yet rainy day. Even for a Monday it's been a good one. Looks like the rain is going to continue for awhile longer.
I'm heating up leftovers from the weekend for dinner and we'll finish them off before I decide what I'm going to cook with the ground chuck I took out of the freezer for tomorrow. Any suggestions?
So, how are all of you tonight?
I am so BLESSED to have such WONDERFUL Friends and Family!! It's reruns at the LUV shack tonight!! Have a Wonderful BLESSED Night!!
love ya,
Michele

Well, why not do something completely different. Cook that hamburger in the crockpot with some mushroom soup, and sour cream and serve over no yolks noodles. I would probably put a little garlic salt in it and some onion, too.
Then there is making a Guadalajara Stack up.....you take refried beans and put them on the bottom of a pan or glass casserole, top with the browned ground meat that you have added taco mix to, then top that with cheese. Heat through in the oven. Then have onions, shreded lettuce, black sliced olives, more cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, picante sauce, guamole, and any thing else that you can think of...some people even put out shredded coconut......YOu put corn chips on your plate, the beans and meat mixture, and then the add the other stuff on top for a kind of deluxe nachos. It is a great way to feed a crowd.
YOu could make sloppy joes.
You could do stuffed peppers.
You could make spagetti sauce or spagetti and meatballs.
You could make bbq. meatballs.
YOu could make chili.
You could just broil patties and serve those with veggies and a salad.
You could brown the ground meat, and put it in a white gravy and serve over toast.
There are probaby about 50 more things you could do, but maybe one of thos will stimulate you to think about something your family likes.
The rain is getting to me. I am way too hyper to be inside this much and confined to home.
