It is almost finished.

I should be finished with the newest edition of the address list in the next couple of days.  I have worked on it all afternoon and hopefully, it is about done.  I will send out a preliminary list and if there are corrections that need to be made, please notify me.  I will give you a couple of days to send any corrections.  Also, I need email addresses for the following people:
