Lucy LOVES the house!  So does her Mom!  This is something I have been concerned about because I bought the house w/o Lucy being here.  I'm so relieved.  It is not a house to be ashamed of at all, it's just the fact that I did buy it w/o her being here.  LOL

This has been the BEST day!  Lucy and I had a great time at the Lunch!  Tim & Jackie, and Carmen & John traveled down to be with us for lunch.  It was so good to see them.  Even in the storm!  Thank you guys for driving so far to make today special!

To everyone else, THANK YOU for getting out in the rain to join us for lunch.  Wasn't it a blast? We had around 26 there!  So much fun!

The shower went great!  Lucy got a lot of good stuff.  Well, "we" did.

Donna Taylor!!  THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE COOKWARE AND THE MEASURING CUPS!! WOW!!  So nice!  We love ya!!

Carmen, thank you so much for the comforter and the book!  The card was so sweet of you!

Jackie and Tim, thank you for the wedding ring frame and the huh hum.....GIFT card~!~ LOL

Love you all!!

Did you ever doubt for a minute that she would not love the house?  Sometimes you have to make a move like that .

Stay dry today.  Our rain is heading your way.  We are FLOODED in over here
.

Never really doubted it, but in a corner of my mind................

Ya'll stay dry too.  It got rough over here.  My front door was blown open and the door facing is broken.  Repairs needed now but it could have been worse.

When I see Lucy this morning, I will tell her you said "hey".  She and her Mom are loving staying at the Kelley's.  They are wonderful people and LOVE to have Lucy around.  Now, they have fallen in love with Mrs. Donna.  We laughed so much last night till our sides hurt!

Poor Lucy and Mrs. Donna. What a "WELCOME TO ALABAMA"  they got.  Nothing like a good ole hurricane/tropical storm to get things stirred up

You should have seen us after the shower!  We got a shower all right!  Mrs. Donna, Lucy, Allison and I were SOAKED!  Tim and Jackie helped us get the gifts to the house and we ALL got SOAKED!!  The wind was unbelievable!

Tim and I had a blast while the hen party was going on!  I showed him Luverne (took me 3 minutes to do that) and Brantley (1 minute).  HAHA!!

Nothing like a storm to stir things up is RIGHT!  We still had a great day.  SO much laughing!

You should have taken the scenic route and shown him Goshen and Elba.  He would really have appreciated how big Luverne was after that
Hold on to your umbrella it is still raining here

I doubt that the house is what matters to Lucy at all. It is the family that lives in it!!!

How about a picture of the house so we can all see it?  I am sure that since you and Lucy are so interconnected that she would love any house you picked out.  It is a huge risk to make such a large decision on something without the other's input, but apparently you did good.  I pray that the two of you will be blessed and happy in your new home.

You & Lucy are welcome for the Hum Gift card...a girl cannot never have too many hum gift cards!    Allison was making sure she didn't hear any thing along the way of "hums" during the shower!

We had a great time!

FROM TIM..."I'm lookin' forward to being your neighbor."
