I have lost 103 lbs. I have reached my goal weight and am very excited. I am a "faithful" lurker! I come to this board 5 or 6 times a day.
I am very thankful to all the people here because they have made my journey so much easier.
Everyone is always ready to answer questions and eager to help out. Even though I don't post much, it is comforting to know that I have support from such a great group of people!!!
