Our support group is doing the Walk From Obesity in Pensacola, Florida
It will be October 4th at 9am.

I know Michele Luv and others are walking the same day in Birmingham. This is a National Event.

I thought since we are driving over that maybe the Mobile Support Group would come walk with us too!!
There will be Guest Speakers, Free Health Screenings, Refreshments, and Door Prizes!

Not well...
I have only slept 2 hours in the past 50 hours!! YIKES!!!
I was up all night Saturday night sick.. went to church Sunday (with a 2hour nap) and then have been up since!! Last night I didn't even get in the bed. I dry heaved into a pail most the night.
And today I was going to nap and bad news came on my Grandmother... So still I am up..
I am going to bed now though.. I bet I won't even wake tommorrow and Teddy will get the kids on the bus. I'm just dead on my feet.
I will have to email you my monthly newsletter! I am so excited about it!
And I can't wait to do the Walk From Obesity!

When is the deadline to register for the walk or do we register that day?  Right now, I am planning to come and am excited to be walking for a cause so close to home.  On a positive note, I am 1 lb away from being considered "overweight" rather tthan "obese".  Not bad since I was previously "morbidly obese".  YAY ME!

Also, I didn't see our group?  Are we going to register as "Weigh Down"?  I see now I can register online and will probably do that once our team is set up.
