Spare a Prayer?
I'm praying. I know dealing with the school system can be a frustrating experience. I agree on the documentation. But I myself would go one better. I would tape every conversation with every person because they will be saying I did not say that. She misunderstood. Above all do not lose your cool. Try not to raise your voice and be extremely careful what you say. I'm keeping you in my prayers. Love, Miss Mary

Just to add to what Miss Mary said..if you are recording a conversation you have to let the other party know in advance thay are being recorded or it is not admissable in court. ( been on that road too)
A casual stroll through the lunatic asylum shows that faith does not prove anything.
Alabama is a one party state in regards to recording telephone conversations. One party involved in the conversation must know and approve of the recording. Don't ask me how I know this, but I do. Never recorded a conversation in my life but I am glad I know this info. Hope this helps.

You are absolutly right on that. But there is nothing like sitting a tape recorder on top of a desk to make somebody abide by all the rules and regulations. I know for a fact most school officials have two sets of rules. One for kids who are in trouble a lot and one for kids who are never in trouble. It's all about how they interpitate the rules. You have my prayers Jackie!
