Police Officer Killed

Please pray for Robert Curry's family and friends. He was a Gulfport Police Officer and a motorcycle instructor for R.I.D.E. motor school. My heart is aching for Rob's circle of family and friends. The only details I have at the moment is that he was in the line of duty on his motorcycle and possibly a car pulled out on him. He leaves a wife, who is also a police officer, a 12 year old daughter and a 6 year old son. Please lift his family and friends up in your thoughts and prayers during these difficult days ahead.

I just read the link you sent. My heart goes out to everyone who knew this fine man. Why can't people be more cautious and attentive??? It was a senseless death and it just makes me sick.

I know how easy it is to get close to the instructors when you take the course. I consider our instructors as friends. If this was one of your instructors then I can't imagine how you must feel as well.

All of you are in my thoughts.

I am still in shock over this accident. On the local news last night as the camera scanned the police officers I saw another instructor and the pain on his face was horrendous. I know this was an accident but a split second decision changed A LOT of lives. Rob was to teach with us this weekend ...here is the link.
