You know....

it is sad that I cannot post about a cruise, but people can hurt others so badly.  It is awful that people can actually trash others and get by with it, but when a get-together is posted, it gets deleted.  Why not delete the trash that is put out about precious people????  I am so sorry but I have had it with the politics.  Mainly...I just would like to see OH stop allowing people to be so cruel to others.  I am sure I will get bashed...but I have been bashed before and guess what...I have my big girl panties on today. 

I love you all so much who support and take time to let others know you care. 

Well said Carmen!  I too get so frustrated with the back biting and cat fights.  The cruise is something that would bring good people together for a fun time, and that gets nixed!  No bashing from me.  You deserve

i agree carmen. i've been trashed pretty bad on the r&r board in the past (and for no valid reason ~ really just because i was able to reach and maintain GOAL with my rny instead of *another* surgery choice) i was called some extremely rude and cruel names and labeled as things that i am not. it hurts. it really hurts, even though it's just "words on a screen", to be called those names ~ and by people that i trusted and *thought* were my friends. i know that this isn't what you're referring to (i know what you're referring to) but i just wanted to put this out there that i totally agree with you that oh shouldn't condone a place where members are not only allowed to be cruel to each other but are actually ENCOURAGED to be cruel and hurtful.

Sometimes people come on the OH and take avantage of others. THey will find a good board (ala) to name one and post their hard luck tales and the softies  get taken for a good ride at times. Happens on ALL of the boards though so I am guessing that the Oh cant be certain until they have proof before they can block people off the board.

The Lord blessed me with being able to see through alot of people who do try and take advantage of a good thing . I see it alot and yes on the ALA board as well. A hardluck tale goes along way with some . Some dont know when to let it go and move on .

OK I BET I WILL BE FLAMED for telling the truth ..Tis ok, as the guilty dog bites first as we all know.
I dont see anything wrong with posting about the cruise but I guess they have their rules .

I think the cruise is a wondeful thing for the OH people on here who can manage to go .
The thing about gossip is IF ONE FEEDS IT , it will grow as we all have seen.
In any case, I am just happy to have had my surgery , happy to be alive and dont want to take advantage of anyone or tell untruths about anyone and WOULD LOVE A CRUISE but am saving for PS ...Sooooooooooo  that is all I  have to say about that :)
