It has been a beautiful day of rain today. It's rained cats and dogs all day long. We needed this rain so much. Everything was so dry. Thank you Lord for sending the rain.

I completely agree with you!!! It has been a constant, lingering rainy day and we have LOVED it. No storms, just rain. I booted and slickered up the girls and let them play in the puddles and downpour and THEY HAD A BLAST!!!! As a science project, we put out different rain gauges in different parts of the yard to measure the rainfall then compared the totals on a graph. So much fun!!

How cool. What a great science project for the girls. I know they had fun playing in that rain. I loved to do that as a kid....would still enjoy it if it wouldn't mess up my HAIR! hee hee!!!
