Wish I could share some of this yummy sourdough bread with all of you/
Started out to be a crappy morning....no reason....just felt in an "ill" mood.
had some wild grape sourdough starter that was finally ready to make bread with. let me tell you it sure was worth the 10 process to get it going. Made a double batch  so have 2 loaves done and 2 more to go in the oven and come out just in time for work. They will love me tonight!!!
The smell in the house is heavenly.

you use organic grapes in your starter....I will find the recipe and pm it to you later. Nancy silverton was what I searched. takes 10 days for the starter to develop but let me tell you it is worth it!!!!!!!
