Cabbage with Bacon, Almonds & Sun Dried Tomatoes Recipe
Salt
Black Pepper, freshly ground
3 tbsp Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
1/4 c Almonds, chopped
8 Sundried Tomatoes, sliced
1/2 Medium Sized Cabbage, shredded
3 Pices of Bacon, sliced
Heat the oil over moderate heat in a large frying pan. Add the garlic, bacon and almonds and fry until the bacon is crisp.
Add the sundried tomatoes and cabbage and mix well.
Fry over moderate heat, stirring frequently, until the cabbage has wilted but is still crunchy.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
